Hi, When showing your Music Library in iTunes, press cmd-j to bring up your View Options. Check the box that says "iCloud Download". This will put a new column in your Music Table that will read "Local" if it is stored locally, "Needs Upload" if it still needs uploaded to iCloud, "Download" if it is only in iCloud, "Error" if there was an error, and "Ineligible" if it is something that does not get stored in iCloud. That could be things like Album covers and such. If you sort things by that column, you can easily locate the items that are not "Local" which would possibly be the ones causing the number difference.
