Hi Nick: Assuming that bluetooth is already turned on, as soon as you connect the earpiece voiceover and all other audio come through the earpiece. It is necessary to disconnect it properly to get voiceover to resume coming through the speakers of the computer. Otherwise you get a bluetooth error message. I have not quite figured out the procedure for disconnected it correctly, I will have to have someone look in the manual for that. But I do know that you can not simply turn it off. That will cause an error message. Jean
