Hello Rhonda, Yes, Tap Forms works very well once you get used to its quirks. It involves a great deal of interacting, and costs about $20.00, but if you're looking for an ability to create forms and have records associated with them and have them be searchable, it should do what you need. I think it even has an ability to print records.
