Hi Lisette,

While VO is on, some of the Option key functions behave slightly differently 
since VO keys includes the Option key.  In the Go menu situation, make sure 
that you're navigating down with your VO keys pressed and the Library choice 
will be available.  If you just use the arrow keys, the Library choice will be 
absent..

In the sighted Mac user world, when they click on a menu with their mouse, like 
Go, the Library choice is also absent but if they click on it while holding 
down the Option key, that choice appears.  This is also true in Dock menus, as 
the Force Quit the app will appear when the Option key is pressed but is absent 
when bringing up the Contextual menu normally.  Now, VO causes some odd 
behaviours with this sort of thin in some cases so, we often just do things a 
little differently to reach the same goal.
