I suspect that's not easily possible. The apps would need to communicate
state and type information for every object to Apple's accessibility
API, which would take a substantial bit of coding to accomplish. From
what I've read, other than text-based command line stuff, the various
GUIs from the unix world are not accessible. X11 has some add-ons to
hook into other accessibility APIs but this is only a subset overlay as
there is no X11 accessibility standards or even work being done on a
standard.
