I'm just preparing to use my Apple wireless bluetooth keyboard, both on MacOSX and VM win7. I'm doing it for practice, setting the windows screen readers to laptop keyboard mode, in the event I go for a MacBook Air. I've heard david woodbridges podcasts where he's always using the function key and an arrow key to get keys that aren't physically on the keyboard, like home and end.
How do you get the Home, End, PageUp and PageDown keys, and how does this map over to a VM? Are they the same on the windows side? Is it the arrow keys in conjunction with the Function key? Are there any other special "function/key" combos that mapp to the apple bluetooth keyboard?
