Hello!
To increase the volume of a certain clip or all do the following:
1. Go to your clips and select the one you want to increase. You do this by
interacting with the clip and placing VO cursor in the first frame. If you want
to select all, just interact with clips and do CMD+a.
2. Hit i to go to inspector and then hit Audio tab.
3. Increase the volume with the sliders.
5. Hit accept.
Hope it helps.
Best
