Just go to the mailbox menu and select New Mailbox, then type in the name and hit enter. Go to the message, right click/control click/vo-shift-m, choose "copy to" or "move to", and press enter on the mailbox you just made. Note that, if you are using an IMAP account, this folder and the message(s) in it will propagate across your other devices that also use the mail account.
