By the way, the way to turn it on his to click where it says "show
alerts and banners". however don't do that till we figure a way to
turn *off "do Not Disturb!" You're supposed to be able to invoke Do
Not disturb by option-clicking on the Notification center in the menu
bar, but now I'm not at all sure it works as a toggle.
