you can search for "bootcamp" in the VMWare's support pages and you'll find lots of stuff there. They're really very good support pages with a good knowledge base. You're just going to have to dig in and learn all you can - read the help files thoroughly, and search around in the VMWare support pages.
For example, you can either import a bootcamp into VMWare as a virtual machine, or simply run the bootcamp from VMWare fusion. I don't have the exact details, but search around on VMWare site and in the help files and you'll find the answers.
