This is probably old news to many of you but my Brother just put me on to Burn. It's a great, simple and VO friendly disk burning app for the mac. I hate having to make play lists just to burn audio cd's in iTunes so when he shared this app it made my day.
Paste or drag and drop audio files including flack straight in to the app. Make mp3 audio, Data, video/dvd etc disks. The app has mp3 tagging and other features that I haven't played with so can't comment on there accessibility but for the price, free, being able to burn disks so easily is fantastic.
