Hi, If you've sent the Group message one time, then when you go into Messages another time, and look at your history of sent messages, you'll be able to easily send to that same group. Just double-tap on that message item and you'll be be brought to the list of previous messages that were sent between the various members and you can double-tap in the edit field to enter a new message. I use this method all the time to send group messages amongst my family. As far as I can tell though, there is no way of creating the group on the iPhone itself.
