I started seeing problems about a month ago. every time I would try to use the web item rotor with form controls, Safari would go busy and then voiceover would reset. This happened after installing AVAST anti-virus for OS X. Uninstalling AVAST did nothing to correct the problem. I may have to do a wipe and reinstall here after I backup my important files.
