When flicking through headings or links on certain websites, Safari is jumping away from the heading almost as though safari was reseting or refreshing the page. I find that if I quickly flick right or left after flicking to the heading, the page position doesn't reset, and I stay in the area of the heading. otherwise, it almost always jumps away to some other place on the page.
This happens on the applevis website - that's where I first noticed it. and, it also happens when navigating by links.
