I am aware of the issue with every paragraph being a single element (I reported it as https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=67918). Fixing this will not be trivial, but I will do my best. E.g. search for misspelled text (VO+Cmd+E) currently stops at paragraph boundaries, which is wrong. Not to say when entering different paragraph, it starts speaking "edit text insertion on word..." etc.
