I didn't know you could change the voiceover cursor size. You can have
whatever voiceover focuses on be magnified and you can increase the size
of the mouse pointer but I think the border voiceover wraps around
whatever it is focused on is of a fixed thickness. At least I couldn't
seem to dig up a way to change it.
