If it's only Youtube you want full-screened, try the Mactubes app. Once you 
load a vide, you can full screen it and it takes up the whole screen, as far as 
I can tell. There are a few unlabeled buttons, but they have help tags so you 
can label them. I don't have a link, but Google will be able to find the site 
easily.
