My battery usage varies depending on what activities I do with the phone. GPS and heavy internet use over 3G is a major battery drain. I was once getting turn by turn directions in the car while streaming my iTunes Match music over 3G. I drained my spare battery pack and drained the iPHone's battery down to about 20% in only a few hours, which meant we had to ditch the directions for the rest of the trip and the way home. :) If I'm connected to wifi, however, I seem to get a day or so from one charge. That is, the battery isn't fully dead when I go to bed and charge it up again. If I'm off wifi for the day but don't do anything crazy (like heavy use of GPS or 3G) my battery will probably die in the evening once I'm home again, but before going to bed. I haven't noticed any differences since upgrading to iOS 7.
