Yes, it would be easy to split a file, if that would work ok for you. If I 
wanted to do something like that, I would make a copy of the file, rename it to 
something else, and then just decide how many rows I wanted to take out, go to 
the EDIT option, and choose DELETE ROWS. You could even make smabbler mileage 
files, like a daily or weekly one if you wanted, depending on whether you had 
to turn the thing into your boss. If they have Windows, you can make an Excel 
file or you can make a PDF file by choosing EXPORT from the files menu.
