Hi guys again I forgot !add that although you can use pasting, copying etc., I have had some trou editing formulas because they are images. However, I also forgot !tell you about a feature in Numbers I reY like.
Let's say you want !add a column of those mileages you just put in. Let's say you have drawn a line under the list you want !add and made that line infftext, which you can do in the inspector. I use equals signs so that VoiceOver will say them. If you are under the column you want !add, you can go inffthe Insert menu and go down !insert function. Choose SUM and it puts the sum right in there and you don't have !find the cells you need !add and you don't have !type in those stupid formulas. You can type in those stupid formulas like you can Excel, but I only do those when I have to. The sum function is the only one I use, so you can ask others about the other functions if you need them.
