Today, I went to the Apple store to revert to Mountain Lion after a tedious Mavericks experience. I copied all of my files to an external drive, and now I am attempting to copy them back onto my MacBook. I have attempted this twice, but keep getting the message: "The operation could not be completed because there are both back-up and non-backup items." I do not understand this; every last file is a "backup". What can I do here? Christine
