Hi, If VO-j results in the phrase “Message Selection”, then the Preview pane is likely disabled. If the Preview Pane is disabled, the best way to read messages, in my opinion, is to press return on the conversation. VO will then read the first message in the conversation to you. Stop Interacting with the message then navigate right to get the next message in the conversation and so on. You won’t need to Interact with any of the subsequent messages unless you want to get more detail on that specific one.
