It is one of those programs that can launch things quickly & gives you several 
ways to create shortcuts to perform tasks.

Just a few examples:
If I type a period, I then type an web address, only the name though.  So type 
period, then amazon or google, then hit enter.  That page opens.
There are many search templates, and you can create your own.  For example: I 
can begin to type goo, which brings up google search template.  I then type my 
query and press enter.  There is one for eBay, and I created one to search 
Etsy.  I can type store, then perform a search inside the iTunes store.

There are tons of ways to use the program.  I know in my own experience, I’ve 
only scratched the surface.  It is one of my favorite ways to shutdown; I just 
begin typing shut, and it is the 1st result to pop up.

I highly recommend.  ;)
