You can go into the messages menu and choose move, and pick a mailbox from the list. You can move multiple messages this way. Also, if you have a numbered mailbox in your favorites bar, let’s say “saved messages” for example is on number 1, you can move a message to that box by pressing command-control-1 while on the message you want to move.
