HI, I think someone else posted about this, but I can't now find it. I just bought a new iPad Air today but am having problems creating folders. I double tap on an app and it says moving. All fine. I move it and it says, for instance, on Kindle, indicating it's on the Kindle app. However, it doesn't play the noise to say it's creating a folder, it doesn't create a folder and if I just drop it the app goes back to it's original location. Resetting the iPad hasn't done anything.
