Hello Theresa and All Theresa, there are no boneheaded recommendations and yours was certainly one that could be easily overlooked. I have tried it though to no avail. Before I reset Safari, which appears to be necessary, what are the steps? I opened up the dialogue to have a look and got as far as it saying you can't undo this process or something, and stopped. I don't want to lose my bookmarks that is for sure. It sounds as though warnings should be reset although it is actually preventing me from connecting to pages even when I tell it to continue. Maybe the question is really does resetting safari do anything to bookmarks? What else should I know? Thanks all so much, Jean
