Hey Jesus,

Sorry to hear someone else has run into this problem. It happened to me where I 
would get the downcast busy message, and I would have to shut down my computer 
to do anything. I haven't solved it, and I don't believe anyone else has. Your 
best bet is to uninstall downcast and reinstall it, but not even sure if that 
will solve the problem. I just stopped using downcast on the mac. Yeah, wish I 
wouldn't have wasted the money on it, but do love it on the iPhone.
