Hi, To change the name of the Sheet, interact with the Sheet Navigator then press VO-shift-m on the current sheet title. Choose Rename from the Contextual menu. With respect to the Inspector, as you’ve determined, it is primarily within the Formatter area. The Inspector is somewhat different within the new version so hiding and showing the Inspector doesn’t perform in the same manner as in iWork 09.
