Hi, it is really a pain, but for pasting  an item in list view , the best way I 
found is to open the folder, for example  as your arrowing down the list, with 
out expanding it command “O” on the folder andthat you want to paste the item 
in  then paste your item. Also you should interact with the list view the same 
way you would in collom view.
