I am considering which of the four Macintosh computers in the house to upgrade
to Mavericks myself. They are all from 2008 - 2009 and have either 2 or 4
Gigabytes of memory. I have heard the new OS is a bit slow at first, and the
fact that I have30,000 e-mails stored on GMAIL has given me pause.

Can anybody give me positive feedback? I believe most of the systems are the
dual core models at 2.6 GigaHz.

Best wishes,

Jonathan
