For years I used full screen because I thought that was the logical thing. I’ve 
more recently learned that everything works better if you don’t use full screen 
mode. Depending on the task, it may be helpful to flick VO off to avoid 
conflicts, but I don’t even find that many conflicts. I move back and forth all 
day long.
