Are you registered? Did you pay for credits? If so, could they have expired? I had a friend for whom this was not working properly and I think we decided it was the slowness of her Internet connection then though we weren't sure. Could there be anything set in privacy settings that would block it? I don't know. Have you contacted the captcha service directly to see if they can help you troubleshoot it? Also, it isn't "captures" though the voice may make it sound like that; it's "captcha"; c a p t c h a.
