You might want to use the history menu in Safari and activate links with the return key from there. the table is more for editing purposes. In the table, you can use command-down-arrow to open a site when your focused on the title. This is a standard Mac OS keyboard shortcut for opening items. If you’re on an expandable item, such as a day of the week, can use VO-backslash key to open it.
