Sounds like you dismounted your drive. You can either unplug and plug it back in, power cycle it, or use Disk Utility to find the drive and mount it again. If you go the Disk Utility route you'll just launch Disk Utility from the Utilities folder (shift-option-U in finder) then find the dive in the disks table and then find the Mount button in the toolbar, right after burn
