Hi Teresa, Funny you should ask this, I just went through this myself a day or two ago. The thing is, the button is there, but best I can tell, it's just not labeled. It's right between the pop-up button to select which device the book is to be sent to and the link that says "Enter a promotion code or gift card." It just says "button." When you click on the unlabeled button, you will be asked to sign in. Once signed in, you will be able to enter your recipient's information. This is on the Amazon website, by the way. I haven't tried it through the Amazon app as of yet. Hope this helps. :-)
