Hello,

If you are talking about switching the different voices, like from the default 
Alex to say Frank or Vicky.

Find your spacebar, now go left, press all three keys to the left of your 
keyboard, it is cmd, options, and ctrl, and now use your left or right arrows 
until you hear voices. Now go up or down to select the voice you want. Once you 
are done, release the three keys.
