hi,

A good portion of the commands are just regular VO commands. That is, things
like VO-shift-back slash is a VO command that works in most tables to bring
focus to the headers area. I’ve not noticed any books around for learning
Numbers from a VO prospective although I’ve found Numbers reasonably manageable
with VO as long as I’m patient and have a good grasp on spreadsheets in general.
