Hi Brian, I get some confusion with voices sometimes. I choose Susan for my web browsing, and sometimes she doesn’t go away when I go back to something else where I have a different voice set. Restarting VO usually fixes this. I haven’t had your problem though of not getting the new voice to work in the first place.
