Hello I’m afraid that there was a big change between ML and Mavericks for Calendar. From our point of view, I don’t think it makes it any easier.
It used to be you would get a long list of attributes you could go through, but now it seems to be quite a chore doing things like setting a repeat and I haven’t yet found out if there is a way to put a final date on the repeat, as there used to be. That’s just one example. I’m sure the new arrangements are great if you just want to note a simple event, but more complicated things seem much more difficult.
