You can use Apple’s Pages. It is $9.99 and it is fully accessible and can sync with the Pages on your Mac.
Also a free one that is accessible is QuickOffice, it is a MS Office editor and can sync with Google Drive. I heard Access Note is a must have for VO users and also try Evernote too. Enjoy!
