While in your mail application, move to your tool bar and interact with it. Go 
to the search  edit box and enter your term. A list of categories will be 
listed and you can move your arrow down or back up the list to select what you 
want, and press enter. Go to your messages table and the found messages will be 
listed there. There is also a favorites toolbar that you can interact with to 
select a specific mailbox if you want.
