Hi,

cmd-shift-up selects from cursor position to the beginning of the document
cmd-shift-down selects from cursor position to the end of the document
cmd-shift-left selects from cursor position to the beginning of the line
cmd-shift-right selects from cursor position to the end of the line

Option-shift-right selects the next word

Shift-up selects from cursor to same position on previous line

I think there’s something special about Option-shift-up and down but I can’t 
recall it exactly.
