You can add specific ‘characteristics’ to the event by typing them in the text area when you first add the event with command-n. For example, if you want the event ‘Dinner’ to go from 6pm to 8pm you can type ‘Dinner 6-8pm’. Just use natural language and Calendar understands. Once it's added, a dialog will come up with various links to edit various characteristics. Just VO-Space on the links to the characteristics you're interested in. Best, Nic
