It does appear to be working -- I don't know, either. Perhaps they meant that I 
couldn't *sync* the movie to my MacBook if I originally purchased and 
downloaded it via the iPhone? Regardless, they should have told me how to 
access it via iCloud. Very sad that two different people, including a 
supervisor, don't have a clue. Thanks so much, Tim.
