If you want to copy it directly to the SD card, open your Home folder (cmd-shift-h) in Finder. Open Music, then (I think) iTunes Library. All your music should be there. Note that if you disabled iTunes' option to copy music to its library, your music will not be there but will be wherever you stored it when you dded it to the library.
