Hi,

For the most part, there’s no need to use ARD to administer a OS X Server.  As 
long as you have the Server app on your computer, you can mange any other OS X 
Server computer that you have Admin rights to manage.  When you take control of 
a computer using ARD, I don’t know of any way to grab the sound output nor do I 
believe that you can use VO commands.  I believe that whenever I’ve tried to 
press the VO keys, it only affects the computer I’m on at the time.
