I'm afraid I won't be too helpful in this case. I never used brf files in
Hebrew so can't coment on the behavior you are describing.
I'll ask other people who may have more experience than me with this and if
I have any helpful answer I'll get back to you.

Thanks for the tip.  This is better than before.

Another question though.  If I have brf files in hebrew, what do I need to
have set so that VO won't mess them up in text edit?  I have uncontracted
braille on, 6 dot braille on, automatic translation off, but something still
doesn't look quite right.  

Any thoughts?
