Hi guys I have an update on continuing grief filing taxes this year. I just received an email from Tax Act that will not please you guys, and I certainly found it unpleasing. I sent a rather sharp email back.
I was told that good old Tax Act does not have resources to test all screen readers and that they could not provide me support. I old them the IRS should require it, and that as for the Maccording, they didn't even have to buy the screen reader. I am going to wait for the braille copies from the Alternative Media Center for my credits because I discovered that, even though I figured out a way to get data in here and save the file without crashing VoiceOver, I haven't figured out how to get the Continue button to come up for calling up an existing file that has been encrypted. I tried everything I could think of. So now I am going to call up PDF Pen and correct my forms and wait for the braille copies to finish it.
