Hi, These are still "Unknowns", but it doesn't matter. Do the same as what you've been doing but after going to the sub-menu and choosing Word, just press return twice and you'll be brought to the Save dialog. Alternatively, if you accidentally went to pdf instead of Word, just Interact with the second of the Unknowns, VO should announce "Word", then press return and you're again at the Save dialog.
