Hi all, I just read this little tip in Cult of Mac.

If you want some of the icons gone from your menu Extras Bar, here's an easy &
fun way to do it.

1. VO-MM, to get to the menuBar.
2. VO-Right Arrow to get to the icon you want to get rid of. For this example,
we'll get rid of bluetooth.
3. VO-Command-F5 to get your mouse over the bluetooth icon.
4. VO-rotate counter clockwise to turn off trackpad.
5. Hold down command key, use 1 finger to click the trackpad/mouse, keeping
your finger pressed on it, move it down.
You'll hear a little noise and the icon slides off the menuBar.

Pretty neat trick! If you want the icons back, you'll need to go into
preferences.

HTH,
Traci
